OUR PIPELINE

Two modalities.
One activation strategy.

Our investigational portfolio applies radiation-responsive chemistry to targeted small-molecule and antibody-based delivery.

PIPELINE OVERVIEW · PLANNING BASIS: Q3 2026

Our development pipeline

XPADC-107, XPADC-108, XPAOC-201 and XPRDC-301 are currently in Discovery. PA-XP-102 is in Phase I. The preclinical band for XPADC-106 does not distinguish Discovery from IND-enabling and does not indicate completion. Milestones and the detailed roadmap are planned targets.

PA-XP-102: current stage — Phase I. The detailed roadmap below shows the original development projections; projected dates are not actual completion dates.

The roadmap expands the two lead programs with HER2- and CLDN18.2-directed ADC projects, an AOC program and an RDC program. Stages extending to the chart boundary do not imply completion in 2032.

PIPELINE AT A GLANCE

A focused portfolio for
precision radiotherapy.

Each program combines a targeting strategy, a therapeutic payload and radiation-responsive release.

TARGETED PRODRUG

XP-102

Small-molecule conjugate

Targeting meets radiation activation.

XP-102 is an investigational GLUT1-targeted conjugate designed for radiation-responsive release of a topoisomerase II inhibitor payload. The program brings together tumor-targeted delivery and an externally applied activation signal.

RADIATION-RESPONSIVE ADC

XPADC-106

Antibody–drug conjugate

Antibody precision. A responsive linker.

XPADC-106 is an investigational cetuximab–MMAE conjugate incorporating a radiation-responsive linker. It explores antibody targeting with externally triggered payload release for solid tumors.
